What Is It?e AM3-QoS+ responder is a 2-wireanalog unit that works in conjunctionwith the GoldenWatch Control Soware.It is designed to be placed anywhere inthe network and can be configured to dialother AM3-QoS+ units or to answer au-tomatically an incoming call. With eachcall the unit performs end-to-end QoStests and call completion analysis.

GoldenWatch is a PC based programthat allows for the configuration of eachAM3-QoS+ responder as well as a centraldepository for all statistics gathered byeach of the responders. GoldenWatch hasa built-in wizard function that allows foreasy configuration and reporting screensare well designed for easy identificationof problem areas within the network.

What Does It Do?

e AM3-QoS+ provides the user withthe capability of testing QoS end-to-endwithout the need for a service technician.e unit, once activated works with other

AM3-QoS+ units to repetitively test thenetwork to measure QoS scores and callcompletion analysis. Data from eachAM3-QoS+ is uploaded and displayed

via the GoldenWatch GUI running at thecentral site.

How Does It Work?

Each AM3-QoS+ is configured to eitherdial other AM3-QoS+ units or to answerincoming calls. Using Ameritecs Gold-enVoice technology, it is possible to con-tinuously compute R-Factor, G-PESQ,

G-MOS, G-PSQM scores to determineif any quality problems exist in the net-work.

What Is It?Ameritecs XpresScript is a Windowsbased, easy to use, graphical script gen-eration tool. It is an object oriented callcase development tool that allows theuser to create simple or complex test sce-narios (call flow diagrams) using provid-ed standard palettes for specific physicalinterfaces.

What Does It Do?

XpresScript, as a companion product toAmeritecs FeatureCall GUI, providesthe user a simple, easy-to-use tool to cre-ate call scripts using a purely visual appli-cation. e user can create or modify callflow diagrams. ese call flow diagramscan then be automatically converted to ascript source file that can be loaded viathe FeatureCall GUI and run on Amer-itecs Allegro Call Generators.

How Does It Work?

e user can use the provided palettes orcreate a custom call flow diagram from

the Palette Editor. rough the editorthe user can add or change the scriptfragment associated with the icon bysimply changing the content of the editwindow. e Call Flow Diagram is thework area where the script is developed.As a new Call Flow Diagram is opened,the user places a Start Action Block tothe work area. Additional Action andPower Blocks are added by dragging anddropping the blocks or icons from thePalette to the work area. Simply clickingtwo blocks connects the Action Blocks

together. Script fragments are automati-cally validated to ensure conformanceto rules and requirements defined in theScript Writing Guide. Once a call flowhas been defined, the Call Flow Diagramis transformed into a script source file byclicking on the Create Script button.

e script source files created in XpresS-cript can be downloaded to an AmeritecAllegro generator and can perform sim-ple or complex test scenarios.
