establishedbyMr.M.Kašparin1989.Itwasoriginallyorientedtoamachine

productionlaterparticularytoanaccuratemachiningofpartsonCNCmachines.

Thesingle-partproductionofpartsforULaircraftsstartedin1995.Thesmallbatch

productionfollowedin1997.Ithasstillrunuptonow.Nevertheless,itisonlythebatchproduction

inthesedays.Nowadaystwentyqualifiedworkmenareemployedbythecompany.

Toensurethestandardsofprocessesusedthroughtouttheproductionandsupplieswe

introducedthesystemofthequalitycontrolinaccordancewithENISO9001:2000in2001,

in2009wecertifiedthequalitysystemtoISO9001:2008.

Ouraimistoofferproductsofthebestqualityforresonablepricesalongwithacooperationon

veryresistantconstruction,awidescopeoftheutilizationandalonglifeguarantee.

Theutilizationisableforaprivateflying,schoolsandothercommercialusingaswell.

FixingsizesofthepropellerhubrespondtotheenginesRotax,forasafeandtrouble-free

mountingofthepropellertotheenginethenecessaryconnectionaccessoriesareapart

ofthedelivery.Itispossibletochoosefromtwosizesofpropellercylindersforthetype

KAofpropellers,theyarenotfixedunderthepropellerhubbyreasonofpossiblevibrations,

sotheyarefixedtothespecialfixtureonthepropellerhub.

Oneofthesecuritycomponentisthebackstopformationofbladesontheminimalstriking

anglethatismadebytouchdowncoulisseonthepropellerhub.Bythisthesafeflyingrange

andtouch-downisensuredevenifthereisafailureoftheadjustingsystem.

Bladesofpropellersarenormallyinwhite-redcolourswiththedullgreybackside,

thecolourisresistantofUVradiation.Theenteringedgeofthebladeissafedbythe

polyurethanpart.Becauseofusedmaterialsandheatadjustmentofbladesthepropeller

issuitableforallclimaticconditions.Propellersaredeliveredonlycompleted

andtheyaresuppliedbyneededgrease,safedfromunblocking,thestrikingangle

issetaccordingtheengineandtheyareprepareddirectlytoinstalonthe

aircrafts.
