This coordinate measuring system is unique on several accounts.Being the only one of its class that offers such a price/performancerelationship, its the missing link between the conventional precision

measuring tool and the coordinate machine.This true SWISS MADE product is produced at Renens, in a cell speciallylaid out to meet the high requirements of its manufacture.

TESASTAR with compact design is a dedicated probe for use on smallCMMs. Excellent price/performance relationship is a key factor forthis probe with adjustable measuring force.

TESASTAR-i emanates from a TESAs new concept that uses a probing

head along with a touch probe working on the Boys principle. Theindexing capability in both axes provides as much as 168 positions bysteps of 15, without the need for the stylus to be re-initialised aftereach positionning. The sensor into the probing head acts as a touchtrigger component with high accuracy and repeatability. The fine stepindex facility keeps the operator continuously informed about theangular position of the probe. Also with Single-handed release.
