Procession of Roses 2020Sunday, January 19 | 10:30 am Mass
Each year, near the anniversary date of the Supreme Court
ruling on Roe v. Wade, our parish holds a solemn
“Procession of Roses” to honor the children whose lives
were taken and the men and women who have suffered from
the deception of abortion since this ruling. This year’s
procession will include members of the parish born
between 1973 and 2020. For each year, a bell will toll and a
parishioner will carry a rose and a small white cross to the
altar as the congregation watches in silent prayer. You are
invited to represent your birth year!
If you were born between 1973 and 2020, please sign up
at: www.bit.ly/2020RoseProcession.
The procession is sponsored by the SAL Embrace Life
Ministry who seek to share the Catholic Church’s teachings
on the respect for all life from conception to natural death.
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month. For more
information about our ministry, contact the parish office or
email: [email protected].
