Higienização das mãos Como lavar as mãos A boa higienização das mãos é essencial no cateterismo intermitente para reduzir o risco em adquirir uma infecção do trato urinário. A técnica de higienização das mãos pode ser aplicada ao lavar as mãos com água e sabão e também fazer uma limpeza com álcool bactericida. As instruções para higiene das mãos quando lavadas com sabão e água estão descritas abaixo. 0 Técnica da OMS sobre a higienização das mãos com água e sabão 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 Aplique uma quantidade suficiente de sabao para cobrir toda a superfície das mãos. Esfregue as palmas das mãos. A palma direita sobre o dorso esquerdo com os dedos entrelaçados e vice-versa. Palma com palma com os dedos entrelaçados. O dorso dos dedos com as palmas opostas com os dedos entrelaçados. Fricção rotacional do polegar esquerdo pressionado na palma da mão direita e vice versa. Fricção rotacional, para frente e para trás com os dedos da mão direita pressionados na palma esquerda e vice-versa. Enxague as mãos com águ Seque bem as mãos com uma toalha descartável. Use uma toalha para fechar a torneira. Agora suas mãos estão limpas.
