Set up the integration between HR and SEM (distribution of Organizational

Structure, see note 336547 )

Define a dimension for the matrix with method ‘P’=Appraisal. The

parameter of the method is the ID of the template, criteria group or

criterion.

Define a matrix guideline (or use an existing one) and insert the

dimension defined above into the matrix.

Define segments for the dimension.

Maintain the values of this guideline for the different segments.

When you define the wage type model for compensation, you

have to assign the guideline to the wage type

When you define the adjustment, you have to assign the wagetype model to the adjustment type

For the compensation process you have to define an adjustment

reason. Assign the adjustment type to the adjustment reason
