Integration with SAP SEM

Set up the integration between HR and SEM (distribution of Organizational

Structure, see note 336547 )

Documentation of the ABAP Report RHALEINI for distributing HR Master data (available in

the HR system)

If the organizational structure is available in SEM, and if scorecards are assigned to

Organizational Units,

➨ open scorecard of the own organizational unit from the objective setting agreement

Prerequisite: Correct customizing for the template --> Link to SEM

>Planning and Administration->Guidelines->Matrix

Define a dimension for the matrix with method ‘P’=Appraisal. The

parameter of the method is the ID of the template, criteria group or

criterion.

Define a matrix guideline (or use an existing one) and insert the

dimension defined above into the matrix.

Define segments for the dimension.

Maintain the values of this guideline for the different segments.
