Método para travamento de abertura da Bandeja do CD
Esta função de travamento da bandeja do CD é prevenir oroubo do disco no caso de demonstração na loja.Procedimento:1. Pressione ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione duas teclas x e Z (EJECT) simultaneamente
por 5 segundos.3. Aparece a mensagem “LOCKED” no display e a bandeja é travada.
4. Pressione duas teclas x e Z (EJECT) simultaneamentepor 5 segundos novamente.
5. Aparece a mensagem “UNLOCKED” no display, é destra-vada a bandeja.
6. Para sair deste modo, pressione ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.
SOLDA SEM CHUMBOPlacas fabricadas com solda livre de chumbo possuem a marca in-diacadora (Lead free mark - LF)(Atenção: algumas placas não são impressas com esta marca, devi-
do ao seu tamanho muito reduzido)
: INDICAÇÃO DE SOLDA SEM CHUMBOA solda sem chumbo possui as seguintes características:• A solda sem chumbo derrete a uma temperatura 40°C maior que
a solda comum.Ferros de solda comuns podem ser utilizados mas a ponta domesmo deve ser aplicada por um tempo maior sobre a solda.Ferros de solda que possuam controle de temperatura devemser ajustados em 350°C.Atenção: O circuito impresso (trilhas de cobre) pode "levantar"da placa caso seja aquecida por muito tempo. Tenha cuidado!
• Maior viscosidadeA solda sem chumbo é mais viscosa (flui com mais dificuldade)que a solda comum, portanto tenha cuidado ao soldar pinos de IC'spara não deixar "pontes de solda".
• Utilizável com solda comumÉ melhor utilizar somente solda sem chumbo mas é possível tam-bem adicionar solda comum a ela.

durante o reparo.• Não ressolde componentes em um mesmo ponto da placa mais
de três vezes.• Tenha cuidado para não forçar os condutores (trilhas) da placa
durante o processo de soldagem e dessoldagem.
NOTAS SOBRE O MANUSEIO DA UNIDADE ÓTICA
O diodo laser da unidade óptica é sensível a descargas eletroestáticaspodendo ser danificado por descargas causadas por roupas ou mes-mo pelo corpo humano. Durante o reparo tenha cuidado para nãocausar danos a unidade, devido a descargas eletroestáticas e sigacorretamente os procedimentos descritos nesse manual para a exe-cução de reparos e troca de componentes.A placa flexível é facilmente danificadas, tenha muito cuidado para manuseá-las.
NOTAS SOBRE VERIFICAÇÃO DA EMISSÃO DE LASER
O feixe laser nesse modelo é concentrado e deve ser focado na super-fície reflexiva do disco, pela lente objetiva da unidade óptica. Quan-do observar a emissão do diodo laser, tome o cuidado de estarno mínimo a 30 cm da lente objetiva.

4. Saindo de modo de aging• Efetue Cold Reset para sair do modo de
[Alteração de Intervalo da Frequência AM 9 kHz e10 kHz]• O intervalo da frequência AM pode ser alterado 9 kHz ou
10 kHz.
Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Selecione a função. “TUNER”, e presione TUNER/BAND
para selecionar “AM”.3. Tecle ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.4. Tecle TUNER/BAND e ?/1 simultaneamente e a mensa-
gem “AM 9K STEP” ou “AM 10K STEP” é mostrado no dis-play de tubo fluorescente e a intervalo da freqência é alterado.
[Cold Reset]• Este modo apaga todos os dados inclusive aqueles guardados na
RAM .Execute esse modo quando for retornar o aparelho aoconsumidor.
Procedimento:1. Pressione tres teclas x , PLAY MODE/TUNING MODE ,
e DISC1 simultaneamente.2. A mensagem “COLD RESET” é mostrado momentaneamente
no display e o aparelho será resetado.
[Modo Aging]Este modo pode ser usado para verificar o funcionamentodo toca-fitas e do CD.• Se um erro ocorrer:
A operação de aging é intorrompido e mostra condição que encontra.• Se nenhum erro ocorrer:
O modo aging contimuará repetidamente.
1. Método de operação do Modo Aging. Ligue o aparelho e selecione função “CD” .1) Cloque tres discos na bandeja. Selecione ALL DISCS, e REPEAT OFF.2) Coloque as fitas nos ambos toca-fitas.3) Pressione tres teclas x , PLAY MODE/TUNING MODE ,
e EX-CHANGE simultaneamente.4) A operação do Aging CD e Fitas iniciarão em seguida.5) Para sair deste modo, execute[Cold Reset].
2. Modo de aging em seção de CD.1) Operação durante o modo aging.• A sequência de operação durante modo aging é conforme abaixo.
(1) A mesa do disco abre e fecha.(2) Gira a bandeja do disco para selecionar o disco 3. (3) A unidade ótica acessa 1a. faixa e reproduz por 3 segundos.(4) A unidade ótica acessa útima faixa e reproduz por 3 segundos.(5) A mesa do disco abre e fecha.(6) Gira a bandeja do disco para selecionar o disco 1.(7) A operação é similar com o item (3).(8) Após a operação do disco 1, o disco 2 é selecionado.(9) Quando copleta a operação do disco 1, é mostrado no
display a indicação “AGING ****” .(10) Caso não ocorre erro, a operação do aging continua repetidamente.

[Modo de Teste MC ]• Este modo é utilizado para teste de funções do equalizador.
Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Para entrar no modo de teste, pressione tres teclas x ,
PLAY MODE/TUNING MODE e DISC 3 simultaneamente.3. Tecle EQ+
A função do equalizador é configurado para “MIN”.4. Tecle EQ–
função do equalizador é configurado para “MAX”.5. Tecle PRESET EQ
função do equalizador é configurado para “EQ FLAT”.6. MASTER VOLUME aumenta e diminui.
“VOLUME MIN”, “VOLUME 16”, “VOLUME MAX” émostrado.
7. Tecle GROOVE A mensagem “VACS OFF” ou “VACS ON” é mostrado.
8. Para sair deste modo,tecle ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.
[Modo de Transporte -CD (TRAVAMENTO) ]• Este modo posiciona a unidade ótica adequadamente contra
vibrações. Execute esse modo quando for retornar o aparelhoao consumidor.
Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Selecione a função “CD”.3. Tecle ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.4. Tecle CD e ?/1 simultaneamente.5. A indicação “STANDBY” pisca instantaneamente, e o modo
de transporte é ativado.
[MODOS DE TRANSPORTE DO CD (LOCK) & COLD RESET] Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Selecione a função “CD”.3. Tecle ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.4. Pressione tres teclas x , CD e DISPLAY simultaneamente.5. A indicação “STANDBY” pisca instantaneamente e o modo
de transporte é ativado.6. É mostrado no visor a indicação “COLD RESET” e o aparelho
té resetado.
[Travamento da Bandeja do Disco]Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione duas teclas x e Z simultaneamente por 5 segundos.3. A monsagem “LOCKED” é mostrado e a bandeja está travada.
4. Pressione duas teclas x e Z simultaneamente novamente por5 segundos.
5. A monsagem “UNLOCKED” ié mostrado e a bandeja estádestravada.
6. Para sair deste modo, tecle ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.
[Modo de Teste do PAINEL]• São testado todos os segmentod do Display e LEDs.• Veridicação das chaves.
Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Para entrar no modo de teste, pressione tres teclas x ,
PLAY MODE/TUNING MODE e ENTER simultaneamente.3. São aceso todos os segmentos e LEDs (fora LED de STANDBY).
4. Tecle X e ENTER simultaneamente, é ativado o modo de verificação das chaves.
5. A mensagem “KEY 0 0 0” é mostrado.Cada vez que a tecla é pressionada, é mostrado o número da chave.
6. Tecle X e ENTER simultaneamente, é ativado o modo decontagem das tecla.
7. A mensagem “KEYCNT 0” é mostrado.Cada vez que a tecla é pressionada, “KEYCNT 0” aumenta ovalor. De qualquer modo,uma vez que a chave é pressionada, não pressionar o tempo longo.
8. Tecle X e ENTER simultaneamente, e o modo de dete-cção do fone de ouvido é ativado.
9. A mensagem “H_P OFF” é mostrado quando o jack do fone deouvido é desconectado..“H_P ON ” é mostrado quando conectado o fone de ouvido.
10. Tecle X e ENTER simultaneamente, e o modo de detecçãodo controle de volume é ativado.
11. A mensagem “VOLUME FLAT” é mostrado.É mostrado “VOLUME UP” girando o botão MASTER VOLUMEno sentido horário, ou mostrado“VOLUME DOWN” girando sentido anti-horário.
12. Para sair modo de teste GC após modo de teste do fone de ouvido,tecle X e ENTER simultaneamente.
[Mode de visualização do Versão e Destino]• É mostrado versão ou destino.
Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Para entrar no modo de teste, pressione tres teclas x ,
PLAY MODE/TUNING MODE e DISC 2 simultaneamente.3. É mostrado o destino.4. Tecle DISPLAY simultaneamente.5. É mostrado a versão.6. Para sair deste modo,tecle ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.
[Modo de Serviço do CD]• Este modo pode girar o motor Sled livremente. Use este modo
no momento da limpeza de Unidade Ótica.
Procedimento:1. Tecle ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.2. Selecione a função “CD”.3. Para entrar no modo de teste, pressione tres teclas x ,
PLAY MODE/TUNING MODE , e Z simultaneamente.4. O modo de serviço do CD é selecionado.5. Com o condição de CD parado, tecle M para mover unidade ótica
para o lado de fora, ou tecle m para lado dentro.6. Para sair deste modo, proceda conforme a seguir:
1) Move a unidadeótica para máxino por dentro.2) Tecle ?/1 para desligar o aparelho.
Note: • Sempre move a unidade ótica ao máximo lado dentro quando sairdeste modo. Caso contrario o disco não será descarregado.
• Não gire o motor sled excessivamente, Caso contrario pode danificar a engrenagem.

Guia de Comandos Básicos do Acrobat Reader 5.05
Esta é a tela do programa, quando se abre um manual:

Abra a página correspondente ao diagrama em
bloco e posicione o ponteiro do mouse sobre o
IC escolhido . Quando o cursor tornar-se uma
“mãozinha” dê um clique sobre o IC.

Recurso de Localização de Componentes
Alguns manuais de serviço estão habilitados com uma função que permite localizar mais
facilmente um circuito integrado (IC) em seu diagrama esquemático correspondente, diagrama em
blocos ou placa de circuito impresso.
Para isso, abra um manual de serviço, por exemplo o do MHC-DX30 e visualize uma página
da lista de peças elétricas, onde existam alguns IC’s listados. Ao posicionar o ponteiro do mouse sobre
a linha onde está um IC, sobre sua localização, ou valor, você vai verificar que aparece uma
“mãozinha”, na verdade, o dedo indicador que fica apontando a linha. Se você der um clique, você
será levado pelo programa à pagina do diagrama esquemático onde se encontra o referido IC que você
selecionou. Vamos ilustrar o que foi explicado logo a seguir:

• O tamanho da visualização do documento na tela em nada altera o tamanho de impressão. O Zoom
de aumento ou de diminuição serve apenas para oferecer mais detalhes ou um aspecto geral do
documento visualizado.
O programa trará você à página do diagrama
esquemático correspondente que contém o
IC escolhido. Clique novamente sobre o IC.

correspondente a placa de circuito impresso
que contém o IC escolhido. Clique novamente
sobre o IC. sobre o IC.
Por fim o programa visualiza o ponto da lista
de peças onde o IC escolhido está localizado.
Ao clicar novamente sobre o componente o
cliclo se repete (diagrama em bloco,
esquemático, placa de circuito impresso e
lista de peças. Vale lembrar que nem todos os
manuais de serviço possuem esse recurso.

• O painel de navegação serve para agilizar o acesso a outras páginas que não estão sendo
visualizadas. Para visualizar uma dessas miniaturas em seu tamanho normal, basta clicar duas
vezes sobre ela e então esta será exibida na tela.
• Não é possível alterar texto, figuras ou qualquer item do documento no Acrobat Reader 5.0. Este
programa é usado somente para visualização e impressão de documentos PDF.
• Diagramas e demais folhas do documentos PDF só poderão ser impressos em tamanho maior caso
a impressora suporte papel com dimensão superior ao A4, carta ou semelhante. Do contrário só
poderá ser impresso no tamanho A4 padrão.

Orientação de Impressão no Acrobat Reader 5.05
É possível imprimir alguns quadros pré-selecionados de forma ampliada no Acrobat Reader. Esse comando é muito útil quando é necessária fazer a impressão de diagramas elétricos.
A sequência abaixo mostra, passo a passo como selecionar uma parte de uma folha
qualquer (nesse exemplo usaremos um diagrama elétrico) e configurar sua impressão. Temos no Acrobat Reader a barra abaixo. Leve o cursor do mouse até o botão indicado pela seta e fique pressionando o botão do mouse. Segurando o botão uma barra oculta aparecerá, então expanda conforme abaixo. O botão final a ser clicado para que o comando seja selecionado é o da FERRAMENTA DE SELEÇÃO DE GRÁFICO (G)

Agora com o cursor selecione uma área do diagrama que deseja imprimir de forma ampliada. A
área escolhida nesse exemplo é o quadrado de linhas espessas.
Agora vá até o menu de impressão seguindo o procedimento a seguir, clicando em IMPRIMIR, indicado pela seta:
Na janela que se abre verifique se as opções indicadas em vermelho (circuladas) estão habilitadas.
Assim, quando imprimir a área do gráfico, esta parte será expandida por toda a folha de papel A4.

Após a impressão verificamos que o diagrama ficou realmente ampliado, conforme exemplo:

O mesmo procedimento pode ser repetido para outras páginas dos manuais, como lista de
peças, bem como pode ser utilizado papel tamanho A3 (420 x 297 mm) para impressoras que
suportem esse formato.
Outros comandos podem ser encontrados no “Guia de Comandos Básicos do Acrobat
Reader”, que também consta neste CD e em anteriores.
Lembramos novamente que não é possível alterar texto, figuras ou qualquer item do
documento no Acrobat Reader 5.05. Este programa é usado somente para visualização e impressão
de documentos PDF.
