FINISH:

The hight principle of ALUPORTA is quality.Panel doors finishes are carefully processed with a whitepowdered polyester lacquer. The interior panels processconsists off an injection of polyurethane foam (density150 Kg/m3).A unique method that allows a uniform distribution of thefoam and a strong resistance imposible to achieve withany other method.

GLASSES:Both, the standard glasses and the leading ones are com-pounded of a security lamined glass (3 + 3) and an ordi-nary one (4 mm.) making an air-chamber of 8 mm. bet-ween them.

MATERIALS:Security is our motto. ALUPORTA panel doors are com-pounded of two aluminium 1050 H-14 sheets (2 mm. ofthickness) and several hollow mouldings achieving a sui-table resistance-weight relationship in aluminium profiles.Security is our motto. Products have been handledroughly. Damage is caused by the transport company ornegligent manipulation when installing.

En su interior hemos inyectado espu-ma de poliuretano densidad 150 Kg/m3 (Este procedi-miento único y exclusivo, permite que la espuma llegue atodos los puntos, proporcionando a la puerta una resis-tencia que ningún otro procedimiento lograría).

CRISTALES:Los cristales, tanto standard como emplomados, estáncompuestos por un cristal de seguridad laminado 3 + 3y uno normal de 4 mm. Esto posibilita que entre ambosse genere una cámara de aire de 8 mm.

MATERIALES:Nuestro lema: la seguridad.Los paneles ALUPORTA están fabricados con chapas dealuminio duro 1050 H-14 de 2 mm. de espesor y mol-duras huecas consiguiéndose una relación resistenciaestructural-peso apropiados a los perfiles de aluminio.

COLORES:Disponemos de una planta propia de lacado tanto paralos colores de la gama RAL como para el lacado de Imi-tación Madera. Sobre demanda o petición del cliente sepuede fabricar en cualquier color de la gama RAL.

GARANTÍA:ALUPORTA garantiza todos sus fabricados contra cual-quier defecto de fabricación por un período de 10 años.Esta garantía no cubre los artículos no fabricados porALUPORTA (accesorios), el maltrato del material, ni tam-poco los daños ocasionados por el transportista u oca-sionados por manipulación negligente en su instalación.

VITRES:Les vitres, autant standard que blindes, sont composéesd'une vitre de securité laminée (3+3) et d’une normale de4mm. Cette permet de créer une chambre d'air de 8mmentre eux.

MATERIAUX:Notre devise: la securité.Les panneaux ALUPORTA sont fabriqués avec deux pla-ques d'aluminium dur 1050 H-14 de 2mm d'épaisseur etmoulures trous, obtenont une relation résistance structura-le-poids, appropriée aux profiles d'aluminium.

COULEURS:Nous possédeons une propre plante des lacquer tant pourles couleurs de la gamme RAL, autant pour des lacquer del’ imitation Bois.Sur la demande ou requête du client on peut fabriquern'importe quel couleur de la gamme RAL.

GARANTIE:ALUPORTA garantie tous ses produits contre n'importequel défaut eventuel de fabrication pour un période de 10ans. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les articles non produitspour ALUPORTA (accesoires), les mauvais traitemant dumatériel, les dommages provoqués pour le transporteurou causé pour la négligente manipulation lors son insta-llation.
