Sus diseños orgánicos responden a los princiales requisitos de la biomecánica, respetando los arcos, pliegues y prominencias óseas de la mano y del brazo, combinando proporcionalidad, funcionalidad y dinamicidad.Combinan simplicidad con un diseño moderno, lo que estimula su uso por parte de los más jóvenes. Son ergonómicas, premodeladas y pueden ajustarse gradualmente.Para su fabricación se utilizan los espesores tubulares más apropiados, especialmente cuando se trata de manos de niños y, sobre todo, de bebés. Los materiales son de probada resistencia e impermeabilidad y fáciles de limpiar.

CÓMO USAR LAS ÓRTESISApoyar totalmente las estructuras que van a ser inmovilizadas, cuidando de que se permita el movimiento de las articulaciones no incluidas.Respetar los arcos de la mano (longitudinal, transverso distal y transverso proximal).No producir zonas de presión sobre la piel ni impedir la circulación.Dar un alineamiento articular apropiado. La órtesis debe adaptarse a la mano de tal forma que sea lo suficientemente justa para mantener una posición apropiada, pero no tan apretada que dificulte la circulación. El paciente debe sentir comodidad con la órtesis y evitar cualquier palpitación, dolor o compresión.

HOW TO USE THE ORTHESESProvide full support of the structures to be inmobilized, while allowing free movement of the articulations not affected.Respect the arches of the hand (longitudinal, transversal distal and transversal proximal).Not cause areas of pressure on the skin or hinder blood circulation.Ensure correct aligment of the articulations. The device must fit the hand so that it is tight enough to keep a proper position but not so tight that hinders blood circulation. The patient must feel comfortable with the orthesis and stop any palpitation, pain or compression.
