    Proposed collaboration with NASA/ESA

For the development of this exhibition it is very important to have the following support:

    Artifacts

Gloves, helmets, suits, samples of the tissue of EVA suits, Space shuttle thermal

    bricks

    Models

    Launchers, spaceships, satellites, ISS

We would specially like to be able to count on the collaboration of ESA in order to

have a large replica of an Ariane launcher with about 10m to be positioned at the

exterior of the building of the CCVA.

    Films and Images

Up to date video materials and still images for the graphic production of the modules

    Web-supported Communication with the ISS

We plan to use the Mission-control module in the auditorium to host public

communication sessions between school groups and the ISS. We also would like tocommunicate with ground-based astronauts and space scientists.

    Other resources

Several activities are always promoted within the exhibition theme. Space

educational resources would be an important tool for the activities.

It would be interesting to have simple space related documentation, in Portuguese, to

    distribute among the visitors.
