 RODA RIO 2016 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS The acquisition for the Skol’s ferris wheel ticket either by purchase or gift automatically implies the strict subordination and acceptance of the following norms, terms and validation conditions of use: I -EVENT ORGANIZATION 1 - The Event will take place at the Copacabana fort at Praça Cel. Eugênio Franco nº 1, Copacabana Rio de Janeiro, RJ, from the 02/01 to 01/03/09 and will offer the visitors as its main attraction a ride on a 36 m high ferris wheel. The working days and times of the event will be broadc ast by mass commu nication means and by signs put up at vari ous points of the city and at the event premises.The working time may be altered by the event’s promoters at any time at their discretion. The ferris wheel ride will be done in 24 booths that support up to 6 people each(regardless of the visitors belonging to the same party or not) and it will last for approximately 3 min.The ride can be immediately suspended due to bad climate conditions. 2- The Event Promoters are all the individuals and businesses engaged in its execution, notedly DREAM FACTORY (Executive Producer), The Rio 2016 committee, The Rio de Janeiro office state of Tourism, Sports and leisure ,A MBEV (official sponsor) and TICKETRONI C (Ticket Sales Operator) assigned in this document together as simply Promoters. 3- The History Complex do Forte de Copacabana is a real- estate protected by the the Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional IPHAN , therefore all visitors are expected to preserve and care for its formal and physical integrity, following at risk all the norms set by the Brazilian Army by whom it is controlled as by IPHAN. II – TICKETS PURCHASE 4 – Every Ticket for the Event since regularly emitted and acquired, gives the right to ONLY ONE PERSON to enter the Copacabana Fort and go for ONE RIDE ONLY on the ferris wheel,on the date and time specif ied on the ticket, where its price and serial number are also displayed. 5- Only and exclusively will be valid the tickets emitted by TICKETRONIC system and purchased via the following selling channels: (i) official sales site ( www.ticketronic.net ) on the internet (ii) phone sales through the phone number (21) 3344-5500.(iii) Registered sales spots (PVC) listed below and (iv) ticket counter at The Copacabana Fort , Rio de Janeiro, RJ. 6 – The event Promoters do not allow the re-selling of tickets nor are they responsible for any fake tickets acquired elsewhere.The Promoters will use any means available to identify fake tickets, and this might demand some time in which case the purchaser should wait for the end of the procedure. A fake ticket will not by any means give the visitor the right to enter the Event premises, the ferris wheel or the reimbursement by the Promoters. Forgery is a crime and the criminal may be convicted to 5 years in prison or be fined. (cod penal.art.298) 7 – TICKETS FOR THE SAME DAY OF PURCHASE WILL BE SOLD ONLY AT THE TICKET COUNTER, (TIC KETS WILL BE Sold ONLY FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE SECTION). The ticket counter may su spend the sales everytime the limit of people per sess ion is over or if the ferris wheel ride has been stopped. Via Internet, phone sales and PVC the PRE-PURCHASE of tickets will be made up until 24 hours before the session wanted. 8 – In the purchase of tickets via Internet or phone sales the acquirer must confirm: (i) date and time of session chosen (ii) number of tickets wanted UP TO 10 PER PERSON AND SESSION (iii) delivery address (iv) way of payment. Every operation finished is considered a purchase request and will have a specific number attached to it. To follow your purchase on the website, one can access the area “ Minhas compras”. Therefore it is extremely important to login and enroll correctly (with a valid email address) a password and inform your purchase number. 9 – THE PURCHASE VIA INTERNET OR PHONE REQUIRES a 15% payment fee and via PVC a 12,5% fee both on the ticket price. 10 – If the visitor asks for home delivery, there will be a delivery fee of R$ 8,00 per shipment. The delivery fee does not apply for any purchase through which the tickets will be received at the ticket counter. In which case, the withdrawal of the ticket must be made before the start of the respective session by the acquirer and an identity card with photo will be required together with the credit card used for payment. 11 – Tickets acquired with the option for home delivery will be sent to the address informed at the order. If the tickets are not sent up to 2 days after the order was placed or if the acquirer notices any discrepancies (violated parcel, different dates for tickets, etc…) this should be informed immediately via message through “Fale Conosco” on the website, under the topic “Recebimento de Ingresso” or via phone (21) 3344 5500 with the number of your order. 12 – The tickets received must be kept in a safe place away from heat, humidity and sunlight. The promoters will not be responsible for the loss, robbery or mugging of the tickers delivered nor for any damage caused by reckless handling of tickets which will lose their value with no right for substitution or reimbursement of price.

13- The ticket acquirer who purchases the ticket via internet or phone will have 7 days counting from the day of delivery and up to 24hours before the session displayed on the ticket to cancel the purchase. The reimbursement of the price will be done the same way of the purchase ( cash or credit card), exclusively at the ticket counter with the tickets return in perfect condition. There will be noreimbursement of convenience fees or delivery fees as these services have already been given.

14- If by any climate changes, or safety reasons the ride may be suspended, the visitor can choose to: (i) wait for the nextsession( with no guarantee of vacancies) (ii) reschedule the session; (iii) at any day at the ticket counter, reschedule for the nextsession available or (iv) ask for the ticket reimbursement at the counter which can be done at any day until the last day of the event,

taking into consideration the working days and times. The rescheduling for the desired session is directly connected to the seat limitsavailability. If there is no way of rescheduling the reimbursement will be made. Again in the same way of purchase( cash or creditcard) with no refund for the delivery or convenience fees.

III – Ways of payment

15- At the ticket counter, Visa Electron Debit cards and cash will be accepted. At the PVC places the payment must be done in cash.

16- On the internet or via phone credit cards will be accepted as well as debit cards( see list of cards accepted on the net). To avoidany forgery or frauds the purchase via cards will be done after confirmation of credit, delivery address and visitor’s personalinformation. The confirmation will be done via phone or other ways, exclusively with the purpose of maintaining the security of thepurchaser and avoiding damage or loss to the credit card owner.

17- The credit confirmation is an exclusive responsibility of the credit card administrator, therefore the promoters are not to beresponsible for its acceptance or rejection. In case of rejection the visitor will be notified at the purchase time.

IV- Legal discounts

18- The ticket prices vary according to the day of the week, the time of the ride or if it is a holiday and any other circumstances under the promoters criteria. The differences in prices are explicit and available to the users at the ticket counter, at the event venue and onthe sales website.

Tickets with discounts are by law personal and not possible of transfer, therefore the need for proof of identity with photo by thebeneficiary at the entrance along with any other documents required by legislation.

19- Students from private or public schools, who go to primary, secondary , high school or university must also show the school cardwith photo with valid date. If the document does not display a date, a confirmation document signed by someone from the school thatproves the enrollment of the student will be needed. Bank statements of school fees will not be accepted as proof of student id.

20- Senior citizens of 60 or more are entitled to pay half for their ticket showing their identity card with photo. They also have the rightto avoid lines ( Lei 10.741/03, art.23) and go straight to the entrance doors. They are not entitled to change their session and mustfollow the time displayed on the ticket.

21- If the beneficiary does not show any identification that proves the right for the discount, it will not be granted. The ticket may bechanged for a full price one at the counter. The discounts cannot be accumulated.

V – Image rights and intellectual and industrial rights

22- The visitor, being a guest or ticket purchaser must know that the event will be recorded as a whole or in parts which maygenerate images or sounds from the visitors to be broadcast with no limit of time or number of shots. All the image rights are herebygiven to the promoters with no charge. The promoters are therefore entitled to use the images and sounds as they wish includingcommercial use at their own discretion with no limits of territory, time or form. The use of the images does not give any right for financial compensation or any other compensation nor the right to inspect or approve the final versions by the visitors.

23- The visitor is notified here that no one can use any footage for commercial use but the promoters. The use of footage is limited tohome use only. The visitor acknowledges that any images, acting, texts, pictures, videos, sounds, music and any other contentcaptured during the event are licensed and owned by the promoters only according to the legislation.

24- the acquisition or acceptance of tickets for the event does not give the visitor the right, license to exploit any intellectual or industrial property related to the event or entitled to the promoters. Including image and author rights, computer segments, drawings,visual aids, brands, signs, badges, names , slogans and their variations among others, regardless of their material.

25- Except with the permission of the promoters it is strictly forbidden to: (i) commercialize, publish, broadcast in parts or as a wholeany content captured during the event or around the premises, including pictures, video tapes or sound (ii) broadcast any images,sounds or comments related to the event, through any means, including cell phones modem or any other mobile devices.

VI – Activities, material and commercial or promotional actions

26- The visitor being a guest or purchaser acknowledges that it is not allowed to promote any services or commercial activities insidethe event premises, except for any activities permitted by the promoters.

27- The tickets cannot be re-sold or be used in any promotional campaign. The tickets cannot be granted as gifts or prizes exceptwhen approved by the promoters. Anyone carrying a ticket that was re-sold will not be allowed in the event.

28- Except for the promoters permission it will not be possible to: (i) commercialize any form of political, ideological, religious or racialcontent material including brands, logos, signs, slogans, messages, images (ii) carry, wear or distribute promotional materials,including, but o only, flyers, signs, flags, costumes, masks, backpacks, t-shirts, caps or other garments.(iii) use or display dolls or sculptures with more than 1 m, banners, signs, flags and so on, (iv) form organized cheer groups or perform gestures or choreographies which relate to commercial, political, ideological , religious or racial topics.

VII – Age limits and following norms

29- The admission of under age individuals is subjected to the age limits criteria and to the conditions set by the legislation, by theMinistério da Justiça ( Justice Department) and by the MM, Department of Children’s care and by the Rio de Janeiro justice hall, if theminor is not accompanied by parents or legal tutors responsible for the well-being of the child.

– Admission of children under 16 years old accompanied by parents or legal tutors.

– Admission to the event and for the Ferris Wheel ride for those under 8 years old only under parents supervision.

30- To submit any child or teenager as defined in the caput of art. 2o of the lei 8.069/90 to prostitution or sexual exploitation is a felony

under the art.244A of the same law with a sentence of 4 to 10 years in prison plus fine.

31- It is mandatory to show official document of identity with photo at the entrance of the vent and to purchase alcoholic drinks whichis only allowed for over 18 year olds. The promoters are entitled to ask for the identification at any time for 18 year olds who want tobuy alcoholic drinks and to determine the suspension of alcoholic beverages sales at any time with no right for ticket reimbursement.

32- As set by the law 9.294/96 it is forbidden to smoke in the closed areas of the event as well as the area for entering the wheel, itsbooths or during the ride. Even in the smoking areas it is forbidden for under 18 year olds to smoke.

VIII- Safety norms and general dispositions

33- It is strictly forbidden to enter the event premises under the influence of alcohol or drugs or carrying objects to capture sounds or images, carrying pets( except for guide dogs), sharp weapons ( martial arts objects, pen-knives), fire weapons, ammunition, or explosives of any kind, boxes, cans or parcels, drinks or food of any kind, sport gear ( balls, skateboards, rollerblades,scooters), illegalsubstances, chairs or stools, fireworks, pens or laser bins, musical instruments, light devices, signs, banners or flags, signaling flares,advertising, manifestation or protests of any type. Glass objects, china, sharp objects or any objects that could causedisturbance( horns, loud-speakers or whistles) or any danger to people or the premises. Even people allowed to carry guns will not beable to carry them inside. The promoters will not keep any objects.

34- People with any health impediments or problems such as vertigo, panic attacks, claustrophobia or any other condition that mightoccur during the ride should evaluate of they may go for the Ferris ride. The promoters are not to be penalized or responsible for anyproblems caused by sudden health symptoms related to heights or booth confinement.

35- The visitor should keep the ticket at hand for any verification by the staff at any time. The circulation in areas allowed for staff onlyis forbidden and the visitor will be asked to leave.

36- The access to the Ferris Wheel should be done as from the time of start and up to 15 min before the time of the session displayedon the ticket. After this time the ticket is no longer valid and does not give the right for reimbursement.

37- The ticket does not give access to the bar or lounge assembled at the event premises. This access depends on the capacity of people in each place. These places are specifically for visitors to wait for their session.

38- For any further queries or suggestions the visitor may talk to any one from the staff. They will be there to help you.

39- Any disrespect for any of the norms or rules above as well as the use of irregular commercial purpose or illegal use of tickets or violation of any right or intellectual and industrial property right annuls with no refund the right to enter or stay at the premises or to gofor the Ferris ride. The promoters may ask for the use of police force to stop any problems at any time.

40- This term and its possible alterations are registered in the registry office of titles and documents listed on the event’s website. Thepromoters are entitled to change at any time the programs for the event as well as the time for entering the Wheel with full autonomy.
