    - *DE L R OA avaliao de aprendizagem o processo de apreciao e julgamento do rendimento acadmicodos alunos, com o objetivo de acompanhamento, diagnstico e melhoria do processo deaprendizagem, bem como com a finalidade de habilitao do aluno em cada componentecurricular.A avaliao de aprendizagem far-se- por perodo letivo, semestral ou anual, compreendendo:

    I - a apurao das frequncias s aulas, s atividades e aos trabalhos escolares; a atribuio de notas aos alunos em avaliaes parciais atravs de trabalhos escolarese no exame final quando for o caso.

    As avaliaes de aprendizagem atravs de trabalhos escolares e do exame final sero expressassob a forma de notas numricas, at uma casa decimal, obedecendo a uma escala de zero O adez (10).Os trabalhos escolares para avaliaes parciais de aprendizagem so obrigatrios, conferindo-senota zero O ao aluno que no os fizer. Ao longo do perodo letivo, devero ser atribudas a cadaaluno, com base nos trabalhos escolares, no mnimo duas (2) e no mximo seis (6) notas. Oexame final constar de prova escrita e/ou prtica e/ou oral e/ou execuo de um trabalho,versando sobre assunto da matria lecionada no perodo.A nota final do aluno, em cada componente curricular, ser determinada pela mdia aritmticaponderada dos dois valores seguintes:

    I - mdia aritmtica simples, sem aproximao, dos valores das notas obtidas pelo alunonas avaliaes parciais de aprendizagem, com peso seis (6); nota obtida no exame final, com peso quatro (4).

    A nota final ser expressa sob a forma de nmeros inteiros ou fracionrios, at uma casa decimal,numa escala de zero (O)a dez (10).Ser considerado inabilitado ou reprovado, em cada componente curricular, o aluno quealternativa ou cumulativamente:

    I - deixar de cumprir a freqncia mnima de setenta e cinco por cento (75 ) s aulas e sdemais atividades escolares de cada componente curricular, ficando, conseqentemente,vedada a realizao das avaliaes subseqentes ao estudante que tenha faltado mais de25 da carga horria do componente curricular; no obtiver nota igualou superior a um vrgula sete (1,7) resultante da mdia dasavaliaes parciais de cada componente curricular, ficando conseqentemente vedada aprestao do exame final; no obtiver nota final igualou superior a cinco (5), sem aproximao, resultante damdia das avaliaes parciais e do exame final de cada componente curricular.

    o trabalho escolar poder ter sua nota reavaliada pelo professor que atribuiu, por solicitaoescrita e fundamentada pelo aluno, se requerido at 3 (trs) dias teis aps o dia da divulgao doresultado, ao Departamento respectivo.

    DeclarationThe evaluation of learning is a process of appreciation and judgement of academic output bystudents, with the goal of monitoring, diagnosing, and improving the process of learning, as wellas for the purpose of enabling students in each curriculum component.The evaluation of learning will be done by scholarly period, either a semester or academic year,comprising: Calculating the students class attendance, activities, and homework. Assigning grades to students based on partiaI assessments of school assignments and onfinal examinations, when appropriate.Learning assessments through homework and the final exam will be expressed in the formof numerical grades, up to one decimal place, using a scale of zero O to ten (10).The school work for partial assessments of learning is required, and students who do notcomplete it will receive a zero O . Throughout the semester, at least two (2) and up to six (6)grades will be awarded to each student based on school work. The final exam will consist ofwritten and or practical and or oral and or performance of school work, dealing with thesubject matter taught during the period.The student s final grade in each curricular component will be determined by the weightedarithmetic average of the following two values:I - The simpie arithmetic mean, without approximation, of the grades obtained by the student inpartial assessments of learning, weighing sixty percent (60 ); Final exam grade, weighing forty percent (40 ).

    The final score will be expressed in the form of an integer or fraction, up to one decimal place,between zero (O)and ten (10).Each curriculum component will be considered incomplete or failed if the student alternately orcumulatively:t Fatls to attend 75 of classes or complete the minimum amount of school work in eachcurriculum component, and consequently the student that has missed more than 25 ofcurriculum component hours is prohibited from completing the subsequent evaluationsli-Does not receive a grade equal or greater to a one point seven (1.7) from the average partialrating component of each curriculum. If so, the student will be prohibited from taking the finalexamIII-Does not receive a final grade greater than or equal to five (5), without approximation, on theaverage partial assessments and final examination of each curriculum component.School work grades may be reviewed by the professor who assigned it upon written request,substantiated by the student, if submitted within three (3) working days after receiving theresults to the respective department.
