Objectives of the project
Project topic 1. Culture Transformation
a. To understand the policies of SKANSKA UK Plc through the research works at Code of Conduct and Sustainable Procurement Policy. (General principles; Five Zeros; Supplier Assessment; Key Requirement; Quality Plan; Integrating Policy into management process; etc.)
b. To examine suitability of implementing the Information Technology(e.g. Barcode, RFID, BIM, etc.), Knowledge Management, Lean Construction, Other Technologies in SKANSKA UK Plc.
c. To identify / develop most suitable methods to increase current Business and Supply chain management system in accordance with company policies.
