Artigo 12 da Instrução CVM nº 358/02, conforme alterada, e do Estatuto Social

da Companhia, recebeu correspondência de seu acionista GIC Private Limited

(“GIC”), na qual informa que alienou ações de emissão da Companhia,

passando a deter, de forma agregada, 102.891.486 ações ordinárias, o que

representa 4,997% das ações emitidas pela Companhia. A íntegra da
