After successfully completing three editions of HCB, we havedecided to do something different. We are making the game ofcricket colorful. We are proud to announce HCB COLORIDO, a white ball colored kit tournament. It isscheduled to begin from 22nd February 2014 at SINGHsCricket Ground, Nagaram.We take this opportunity to invite you to be a part of HCB COLORIDO and make it a grand success

DESCRIPTION HCB Colorido is for Non-professional cricketers

only. Mixed corporate teams are allowed. Current state

players are not allowed. Every team will have to submit their Kit colors &

design alongwith the entry fees. All matches will be played on weekends only. Match schedule and draws at the sole discretion of the

organizer.

GENERAL NOTES High quality white cricket balls will be provided. 15 customized dri-fit color kits will also beprovided. Man of the match will be awarded after every match. The player will be chosen by the umpires. The player with maximum 6s will also be awarded after every match. In case of a tie the playerfrom the winning team will be awarded. Fair playing conditions and umpiring. Electronic score sheets with detailed stats of every single ball played by every individual. A special award for The moment of Brilliance will be awarded after every match. The samewill be judged by the officials. Exciting awards for Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best Wicketkeeper, Best Fielder and Man of theSeries. Many more awards for outstanding performances. Every 100 and 5 wicket haul will beawarded. All Star XI team will be selected through the course of the tournament and rewarded at the endof the tournament. Beautiful trophies for Winners & Runners up. Cash prize of 30,000 INR for the Champions.

Rules Regulations The tournament will be played on a league cumknockout basis. Twelve teams to be divided into 2 groups of sixeach. Every team will play a minimum of 5 matches.Each team will play every team in their pool once. The top two teams from each pool will qualify forthe semifinals. All players to enter the field dressed in their teamkit only.

Each bowler may ball a maximum of only one-fifth of the total overs per innings. Fora full uninterrupted match, this is 4 overs .

Should a bowler deliver a No ball by over-stepping the popping crease, it costs 1 runand the next delivery is designated as a free hit. The batsman can only dismissed

through a run-out. Six powerplay overs will be divided into two phases. First four overs of the innings

will be mandatory powerplay overs. The batting team will have the option to choosethe other two powerplay overs at their discretion at any time during their innings.

The bowling team will bowl 10 overs from either end during the match. The captaincan choose to bowl them in any combination i.e, 3 from one end and 2 from theother. This will help the fielding team to utilize their bowlers in a better way.

During the power-play overs, a maximum of two fielders can be outside the 30-yardcircle.

After the power-play, a minimum of 4 fielders need to be in the 30-yard circle.

Every team will be allotted 80 minutes to complete their quota of 20 overs. Failingto do so shall attract a penalty as decided by the umpires.

The teams need to report atleast 15 minutes prior to the commencement of thematch. The matches will start as per the schedule irrespective of the number ofplayers available.

There will be no washouts in the tournament.

7 points will be up for grabs in every match. 5 points to the winning team. The other2 points(bonus points) will be awarded according to the result of the match. Thedetails of the points are shared later.

POINTS SYSTEM

If Team A beats Team B with double their run rate,Team A would get 5 points for the win and 2 Bonuspoints for the comprehensive result.

If Team A beats Team B with 1.25 their run rate, TeamA would get 5 points for the win and 1 Bonus point for

the margin of victory. Similarly, If Team A beats Team B in closely fought

contest, the winning team will get 5 points and the losingteam will get 1 point for saving the Bonus points.

In short, every match will yield 7 points and the losingteam can also collect points by restricting the winningside from collecting bonus points.

TIE BREAKER If a match ends in a TIE, a SUPER OVER will be used to decide thewinner. Details about the same will be explained to the teams by theUmpires. To decide the positions of the teams in the League matches, Net run rate(NRR) along with the total points will be used as a deciding factor. Should 2 or more teams finish with equal points, the team with the betterNRR will go through. Should the above mentioned not be enough to differentiate between the

teams, the team with higher number of bonus points will go through. Should the above mentioned not be applicable, the team that emerged as thewinner of the head to head encounter shall go through.

TOURNAMENT FEE 5AB Sports is glad to announce an entry fee of

just 30,000 INR for this one of a kindtournament.

Cash prize of 30,000 INR + 15 Dri-fit ColorKits + 5 League Matches + Great awards.

Cheques / D.D in favour of 5AB Sports. The entry fee should be paid alongwith the

design & sizes of Team kit on or before 17thJanuary, 2014.
