O candidato receber do fiscal:

a) Um caderno de questes, contendo 02 textos e folha de rascunho.b) Duas folhas definitivas.

A prova escrita ter durao mxima de 03 (trs) horas. No ser permitido o uso de qualquer material de consulta,inclusive dicionrios. Faa-a com tranquilidade, mas controle seu tempo. Este tempo inclui o preenchimento dasfolhas definitivas.

A prova escrita, de carter eliminatrio e classificatrio, compreender:

a) verso, para o idioma estrangeiro, de um trecho de prosa em vernculo, de 30 (trinta) linhas,fonte Arial 12, no valor de 10,0 (dez) pontos.b) traduo para o vernculo, de um trecho de prosa em lngua estrangeira de 30 (trinta) linhas,fonte Arial 12, no valor de 10,0 (dez) pontos.

No ser corrigida a prova escrita que:

a) for respondida a lpis ou similar, em parte ou na sua totalidade;b) for redigida de forma ilegvel.

A folha para rascunho, eventualmente entregue ao candidato, ser de preenchimento facultativo. Em hiptesealguma o rascunho elaborado pelo candidato ser considerado na correo da prova escrita.

Como garantia de sigilo do julgamento, ser adotado, em todas as provas escritas, processo que impea a

identificao do candidato por parte da Banca Examinadora.

Aps o trmino de sua prova, entregue obrigatoriamente ao fiscal, o Caderno de Questes e as Folhas Definitivasdevidamente assinados.

Os 03 (trs) ltimos candidatos de cada sala, s podero ser liberados juntos.

Memorandum of Association ofTHE TREE TRUSTThe Company's name is THE TREE TRUST ("the Trust").The registered office of the Trust shall be in Brazil.The Trust's objects ("the Objects") are:-To promote the protection and improvement of the world's forests for the publicbenefit, in particular by the development and implementation of forest

certification schemes and the promotion of environmentally sustainable andeconomically feasible systems of forest management.In furtherance of the Objects, but not otherwise, the Trust may exercise thefollowing powers:(a) to draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue promissorynotes, bills, cheques and other instruments, and to operate bank accounts inthe name of the Trust;(b) employ or otherwise engage the services of and remunerate such staff asare necessary for the proper pursuit of the Objects and to make all reasonable

provision for the payment of pensions and superannuation to staff and theirdependants; and the objects of the Company will not extend to the regulation ofrelations between employers and workers or organizations of employers andorganizations of workers:GENERAL MEETINGS

The Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition toany other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the callnotices.

Notice of General Meetings shall normally be called by at least 14 cleardays notice, specifying the time and place of the meeting whether it is anOrdinary or Extraordinary General Meeting and the general nature of thebusiness to be transacted. The notice shall be given to all the members and theTrustees and, in the case of the Ordinary General Meeting, the auditors orindependent examiners to the trust.
