1. Confira, abaixo, o seu nmero de inscrio, turma e nome. Assine no localindicado.

2. Aguarde autorizao para abrir o caderno de prova. Antes de iniciar a resoluodas questes, confira a numerao de todas as pginas.

3. Esta prova constituda de 2 questes: a primeira faz parte deste caderno e asegunda ser sorteada no momento da aplicao da prova.

4. A interpretao das questes parte do processo de avaliao, no sendopermitidas perguntas aos aplicadores de prova.

5. NO permitido o uso de dicionrio.

6. No sero permitidos emprstimos e comunicao entre os candidatos, tampoucoo uso de apontamentos e equipamentos eletrnicos ou no, inclusive relgio. Ono cumprimento dessas exigncias implicar a eliminao do candidato.

7. Os aparelhos celulares devero ser desligados e colocadosOBRIGATORIAMENTE no saco plstico. Caso essa exigncia seja descumprida,o candidato ser excludo do concurso.

8. A durao da prova de 5 horas. Esse tempo inclui a transcrio para as folhas deresposta definitiva.

9. Ao concluir a prova, permanea em seu lugar e comunique ao aplicador de prova.Aguarde autorizao para entregar o caderno de prova, as folhas de respostadefinitiva e a ficha de identificao.

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, I Carl Stevenson of NewYork City, NY, SEND GREETINGS.

WHEREAS I am desirous of appointing some fit and proper person to look after all

my immovable properties, business and other affairs and requested Mr. James Morgan of

New York City, NY (hereinafter called 'the Attorney') to act for me and manage and look

after my affairs which the Attorney has consented to do.

NOW KNOW YOU ALL AND THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that I, the said Carl

Stevenson do hereby appoint the said James Morgan as my true and lawful Attorney with

full power and authority to do and execute all acts, deeds, and things as hereinafter

mentioned.

1. To enter into, make, sign, seal, execute, deliver, acknowledge, perform all

engagements, contracts, agreements, deeds, declarations, bonds, assurances and

other documents, papers, writings and things that may be necessary or proper to be

entered into, made signed, executed, delivered, acknowledged and performed for

any of the purposes of these presents or to or in which I am or may be party or inany way Interested.

2. To sign on my behalf Income-tax, Wealth-tax and Gift-tax returns and to submit the

same on my behalf to the respective Taxing Authorities.

3. And also for the better and more effectually doing, effecting and performing the

several matters and things aforesaid to appoint from time to time or generally such

person or persons as the Attorney may think fitas his substitute or substitutes to do,

execute and perform all or any such matters and things as aforesaid and any suchsubstitute or substitutes at pleasure to remove and to appoint another or other in his

or their place.

AND I, the abovenamed Carl Stevenson do hereby undertake to ratify whatever the

Attorney or any substitute or agent appointed by him under the power in that behalf

hereinbefore contained may lawfully do or cause to be done in and by virtue of these

presents.
