    Where to use

deva.metal is a self-lubricatingbearing material manufactured byadvanced powder metallurgy. It is fullycompacted, unlike oil-impregnatedporous bronze materials that are weakby comparison. deva.metal is provi-ded with an evenly distributed solidlubricant throughout its metallic matrix.deva.metal

    - is suitable for dry running at slowsliding speeds and high loads,

    - is stick-slip free,- has high resistance to temperature

and corrosion,- is insensitive to contamination and

    edge pressures,

    - can be easily machined if required.

Reference applicationsIron and steel works, furnace con-struction, fans, foundry machinery, waste water cleaning plants, water-,steam- and gas-turbines, pumps andcompressors, food and beverageindustry machinery, packing

    machinery, apparatus engineering,mechanical handling equipment,etc.

    Where to use

deva.bm/9P is a thin-walled, self-lubricating composite sliding materi-al. The sliding layer is applied to astainless steel backing in a combinedrolling/sintering process.PTFE serves as lubricant and offersvery low friction and wear rates.

An optional running-in film can extendthe bearing lifetime under certainoperating conditions.

Reference applicationsWater turbines, injection moldingmachinery, packing machinery, foodand beverage industry machinery, printing machinery, shut-off valves,hydro-mechanical engineering, tiremolds, apparatus engineering, etc.

    Where to use

deva.glide is a self-lubricatingbearing material that consists of ahigh-quality bearing bronze withsolid lubricant pockets. A thin filmof solid lubricant aids the running-inprocess if required.deva.glide allows to replace lubri-cated bronze bearings with a main-tenance-free alternative and- is suitable for large dimensions,- has a low friction coefficient,- has a high wear resistance,- allows a high durability.

    maintenance-free

    Where to use

deva.texis a high performance self-lubricating sliding material with aglass-fibre reinforced carrying layer. The machinable sliding layer con-sists of fibres which are embeddedin epoxy resin. The resin carries PTFEas lubricant for excellent tribologicalperformance.deva.tex bearings are available instandard d imensions up to 200 mmaccording to DIN 1850 and arecharacterized by a very highcorrosion and wear resistance. They

are insensitive to contamination aswell as to vibrations and shockloads. Custom dimensions are also

available due to the machinable in-ner and outer layer.

Reference applicationsWater turbines, hydromechanicalengineering, agricultural machines, earth moving equipment, railroad

vehicles, shut-off valves, chemicalindustry, apparatus engineering, wind turbines, etc.
