This portfolio is a synthesis of my work and, evenmore important, of my evolution as a graphic de-signer along the years. Here I try to show every-thing I was ever capable of produce, to shed some

light on whatever potential I may have.Beyond the obvious objective of showcasing mywork, this set serves as higher purpose. It is amilestone. A long way was crossed to get here andthe conclusion of this stage is a foothold, so muchmore can be done.

In Brazil, there is a popular quote that, roughlytranslated, says that you made something so Eng-lishmen can see it., meaning that you have donesomething differently of your normal behaviour,just to show off.

When I was gathering pieces for this portfolio, Ithought it wouldnt be honest to create it entirelyof new works done in the English language, so itwouldnt reect what I am and what I have doneuntil now, but just showing a pig in lipstick. So,I decided to use my actual work, on Portuguese,making this portfolio as true as possible, and not

just a work so Englishmen can see it.
