Customer FeedbackDemo

Overview

Customer feedback is a very important tool for knowing better your clients.

There are several ways to inquire or infer this information: we may conduct a

satisfaction or marketing research, a follow up and there are many other

techniques available. In this demo will use the Meccano Platform to get our

customers feedback. We’ll construct a very simple device, with only three

buttons GOOD (green), YELLOW (average) and RED. After the product or

service has been delivered, the customer will click in one of them to send

his/her feedback. And we’ll create a custom report to show the number of votes.

Of course this is just a simplification of the problem, but you may use it as a start

point for your own application. Let’s go!
