Terms of Reference"HMISSupervisor

Background

IIn order to oversee proper and qualitative implementation of NRHM"in

the districts, a Regional Programme Management" Unit is being

established at the divisional headquarter & districts which will be

manned by Regional Programme Manager, Regional Accounts

Manager, Regional M&EOfficer and HMISsupervisor.

· Regional Monitoring& Evaluation Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of HMISdata flow at the Regionalleve/.

2. To compile HMISreports, data entry and analysis and givingfeedbacks.t6 the health facilities and Regional ProgrammeManagement Unit.

3. Preparing monthly and quarterly HMISreports at Regionalleve/.4. Collecting the monthly HMISreports from health facilities.

5. Assisting regional monitoring & evaluation officer in his / herfunctioning and for setting and implementing indicators andtargets. " "

Salary &Emoluments:

(; The positions will be coniractual in nature and will be appointed by

the State Health Society, Bihar.

o Regional Hlv'IISSupervisor will be paid at ihe rate of RS.12, 000/-"
