importantes no reparo dos tecidos
100% orgânico, autógeno, atóxico e não imuno-reativo. (LYNCH et al.,1991)
Utilizado após remoção de cistos, apicectomias, exodontias, em comunicações bucossinusais e buconasais, em enxertos ósseos e em levantamento de seio maxilar (ANITUA et al., 1999).
Por possuir uma alta concentração de leucócitos age como um antibiótico natural (OBARRIO et al., 2000; RUTKOWSKI et al., 2007).
PLASMA RICO EM PLAQUETAS (PRP)
ObjetivoAvaliar comparativamente, em sistema de boca dividida, a ação do plasma rico
em plaquetas no reparo de feridas cirúrgicas após a remoção de terceiros
molares retidos.
MATERIAIS E MÉTODOS
Seleção dos Pacientes:42 pacientes , 3º molares em posição, profundidade e morfologia radicular semelhantes.
Obtenção do PRP:Coleta do Sangue (8 tubos de ensaio de 4,5ml com anticoagulante e 1 tubo de 10ml sem anticoagulante).

Centrifugação e Pipetagem
�1200 rpm’s (Força G de 150) por 10 min.
�1/4 da fração plasmática mais próxima à série vermelha.

Obtenção da Trombina Autógena
� tubo de 10ml + 1 ml de cloreto de cálcio 10% coágulo
� 3000 RPM’s
� Soro = trombina autógena
Ativação
� 1ml de trombina autógena / 4ml de plasma
