Concrete ProposalsConcrete Proposals
1. Explore the Science without Borders Program: 75,000 scholarships for staff and students mobility
2. Develop programs for undergraduate and graduate (master and PhD) students mobility. • Both universities agree to send/receive N students per year.• Scholarships will be offered by the receiving institution.• Airfare and health insurance could be offered by the
sending institution. • The participant universities agree not to charge tuition fees
for the incoming students.
3. Analyze undergraduate programs in which there is a possibility to implement double degree programs in the future.

Concrete ProposalsConcrete Proposals
4. Develop a pilot program of "research prospection": fund researcher’s mobility for missions of up to one month at the partner university in order to identify possibilities for joint work. Both universities will jointly define research areas of interest.
5. Identify researchers who are willing to guide joint supervision (co-tutele) thesis for Brazilian and Chinese students.
