Achou que tínhamos esquecido dela??Claro que não!Fizemos a aula mais gostosa de todas...nossa tão querida Cooking Class!

Fizemos um delicioso “Cornmeal Cake”.

Cooking ClassCOOKING CLASS “Cornmeal Cake” (Bolo de Fubá) Ingredients: • 3 eggs • 1 cup of oil • 1 cup of milk • 2 cups of sugar • 1 cup of flour • 2 cups of cornmeal • 1⁄2 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease an Angel cake pan with butter oil and cornmeal. 2. Place all the liquid ingredients in a blender and blend it. 3. Sift the flour and the cornmeal. 4. Add the sugar and the liquid from the blender and mix it. 5. Add the baking powder and mix it. 6. Pour mixture into the prepared Angel cake pan and place in the oven to bake for about 30-45 minutes, or until cake has risen.
