OPERATIONS SUmfARYBRUNSWICK UNIT NO. 1

Brunswick Unit No. 1 operated at 75.7 percent availability factor for themonth of June with a 49.8 percent capacity factor. There were three off-lineoutages this month, two power reductions and two attempted start-ups. Theunit operated at reduced power because of core coastdown and failure of No. 4turbine stop valve to close. They are detailed in Appendix D, the unitshutdowns and power reduction log.

There are 476 BWR and 160 PWR spent fuel bundles in the Brunswick No. 1 fuelpool.
