Resumo
Esta pesquisa justifica-se pela necessidade de reflexão e superação de um problema que vem sendo manifestado na sala de aula, com mais evidência na escola pública, sobre a dificuldade que o aluno tem em realizar leituras, principalmente na Língua Inglesa.
A leitura em sala normalmente não se dá de forma prazerosa, o aluno não se permite envolver pelas emoções, sentimentos, opiniões e criticidade, mas vê-se numa leitura instrumentalizada, obrigatória, de cunho avaliativo.
Esta proposta tem o objetivo de desenvolver um trabalho para o ensino de Língua Inglesa a partir da leitura crítica de contos de fadas, onde as estratégias de ação apresentadas nesta unidade didática partem das leituras de dois contos de fadas na língua estrangeira: “Little Red Riding Hood” e “The Three Little Pigs and the Bad Wolf”, utilizando recursos multimídia tais como, vídeo, projetor de mídia, textos impressos, livros paradidáticos e outros.

APRESENTAÇÃO
Este material faz parte do projeto de intervenção pedagógica na escola
norteado pelo Programa de Desenvolvimento Educacional Turma- 2012. Esta
Unidade Pedagógica foi especialmente produzida para os alunos do 6º ano, devido
ao fato de que nesse ano os estudantes, em sua maioria, têm o seu primeiro contato
com a Língua inglesa, bem como pela constatação da dificuldade que têm em
realizar leituras, principalmente na Língua Inglesa.
A escolha por esta temática Conto de Fadas surgiu pelo fato de acreditar
que os alunos do 6º ano já trazem esse gênero internalizado, memorizado através
das contações em casa, com os pais, amigos ou em sala de aula. Esse tipo de
literatura pode motivar a prática de sua vivência social pela proximidade que há
entre essas histórias e o seu contexto social, tanto pelo fato de eles já conhecerem
os contos na língua materna, quanto pelo fato de tais contos apresentarem situações
atemporais, que podem ser revividas no seu próprio cotidiano – e que podem, ainda,
despertar um olhar mais crítico, por parte deles, sobre o mundo ao seu redor. Como
afirma Freire (2000, p.11) “a leitura do mundo precede a leitura da palavra”, isto é, a
experiência vivida vai além da codificação e decodificação das palavras.
Assim, esta proposta leva em conta o conhecimento de mundo do aluno e o
contexto social em que ele vive, procurando priorizar o ensino de forma
contextualizada, de acordo com a concepção interacional da linguagem, a qual
possibilita um trabalho capaz de incentivar e criar o hábito da leitura, e de ensinar e
aprender inglês de uma forma mais interativa, lúdica e crítica, por meio de gêneros
diversos. Neste caso, optamos pelo trabalho com os Conto de Fadas, os quais serão
ensinados por meio de diferentes mídias, tais como filmes, textos, imagens, músicas,
de forma que o estudante possa ter acesso ao universo dos contos infantis.
INTRODUÇÃO
A leitura em sala de aula, normalmente acontece de forma
instrumentalizada, obrigatória e de cunho avaliativo, impedindo, quase sempre, o
despertar de emoções, sentimentos, opiniões e criticidade nos envolvidos no
processo.
A Abordagem Discursiva defendida pelas DCE para o ensino de Língua
Estrangeira Moderna –LEM está fundamentada nos pressupostos de Bakthin. Desta
forma, assume a perspectiva de leitura como prática social, historicamente
construída e tendo como um de seus objetivos formar estudantes críticos e
transformadores por meio de uma proposta de ensino que permita explorar as
práticas discursivas de leitura, da escrita e da oralidade (DCE, 2008, p.56), o que
permite ao estudante ser participante do processo de construção de sentidos
durante a leitura de um texto.
Este trabalho justifica-se pela realidade da sala de aula em relação aos
alunos da escola pública, ou seja o 6ª ano, ao entrar em contato pela primeira vez
com a língua estrangeira, apresenta-se com entusiasmo diante do novo, da
descoberta de uma nova língua, da curiosidade em saber certas palavras, mesmo
que momentaneamente tenha apenas o objetivo de apelidar os colegas, xingar,
traduzir músicas, etc,. Aproveitar esse interesse pela Língua Inglesa associado à
temática e à importância do gênero é um meio de levar o conhecimento e o saber
sistematizado para o educando numa perspectiva sociointeracionista.
OBJETIVO GERAL
Desenvolver uma proposta de trabalho para o ensino de Língua Inglesa a
partir da leitura crítica de contos de fadas.
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS
- Ativar conhecimento prévio sobre o tema do texto;
- Refletir sobre o tema dos contos de fadas, segundo suas vivências e as
práticas sociais atuais;
- Explorar as diversas possibilidades da prática de leitura nas mídias (filmes,
imagem, textos, músicas), para despertar a criticidade do aluno em relação aos
diferentes gêneros textuais;
SEQUÊNCIA DAS ATIVIDADES
Apresentamos, a seguir, a sequência das ações a serem realizadas em oito
momentos, a saber:
PRIMEIRO MOMENTO: Apresentação o material didático, conforme as estratégias
elencadas:
Explicação do projeto, destacando seus objetivos principais;
Aplicação de questionário para verificar quais os interesses dos alunos sobre a língua inglesa e se conhecem os contos de fadas;
Apresentação do material produzido e exploração do poema. Carga horária 02 aulas
SEGUNDO MOMENTO: Contexto Comunicativo.
Entrando no contexto comunicativo do gênero a ser trabalhado. Carga horária: 04 aulas.
TERCEIRO MOMENTO: Apresentação “The Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf”
a partir da leitura de imagens, com foco nas estratégias de leitura: Pre Reading / While Reading/ Post Reading;
Exploração de vocabulários referentes a cores, numbers. tipos e partes da casa;
Realização das atividades baseadas no texto.
Carga horária: 10 aulas
QUARTO MOMENTO: Atividades de Listening.
Carga horária: 01 aula
QUINTO MOMENTO: Apresentação “Little Red Riding Hood” a partir da leitura de imagens, com foco nas estratégias de leitura: Pre Reading / While Reading/ Post Reading;
Exploração de vocabulários referentes a familia, alimentos junk food ;
Realização das atividades baseadas no texto. Carga horária: 10 aulas. SEXTO MOMENTO: Atividades de Listening.
Carga horária: 01 aula
SÉTIMO MOMENTO: Dramatização das estórias trabalhadas.
Carga horária: 03 aulas
OITAVO MOMENTO: Encerramento das atividades.
Carga horária: 01 aula
RESULTADOS
Espera-se com esta proposta de trabalho que o educando possa
desenvolver sua capacidade de análise e criticidade do texto em relação à língua, e
entender questões relacionadas às classes dominantes, a grupos hegemônicos, e às
práticas sociais de maneira geral, estabelecendo um vínculo estreito de reflexão, de
sensibilidade. Espera-se também que o estudante adquira o prazer pela leitura
nesse envolvimento de interação com o texto, criando uma relação entre o
imaginário e a realidade permeada pelo seu contexto social.
AVALIAÇÃO
No decorrer de todo o processo os estudantes serão avaliados por meio de
observação direta e por meio de controle feito pelo professor fundamentada nos
critérios de avaliação contínua, diagnóstica e formativa, baseadas em sua
participação nas atividades desenvolvidas, nas discussões promovidas em sala e
pelas contribuições feitas aos colegas.
Serão analisados os seguintes apsectos:
Interesse e participação do aluno nas atividades propostas em sala;
Realização e conclusão das tarefas nos prazos determinados.
Leitura dos textos elencados.
Apresentação dos trabalhos propostos.
