MODO DE PREPAROMASSA:

1 Bata as gemas com o acar at obter uma consistncia cremosa

2 Acrescente o leite, a farinha e continue batendo

3 Finalize acrescentando o fermento e as claras em neve

4Asse em forno mdio, preaquecido, por aproximadamente 40 minutos, ou at que um palitosaia limpo ao ser espetado na massa

CREME:

1 Bata na batedeira a manteiga com o leite condensado (em o)

2 Acrescente o leite em p e o creme de leite

3 Leve geladeira para tomar consistncia por 2 horas

4 Parta o bolo em 2 partes, recheie com a metade do creme e cubra com a outra metade

5 Despeje o chocolate branco picadinho em cima
