Genesis 25

25:1 Abraham took another wife, whose name was Keturah. 2She bore him Zimran,

Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah.3

Jokshan was the father of Sheba and

edan. !he sons of edan were Asshurim, "etushim, and "eummim. #!he sons of

Midian were $%hah, $%her, &ano'h, Abida, and $(daah. A(( these were the 'hi(dren of

Keturah. 5Abraham )a*e a(( he had to Isaa'. +ut to the sons of his 'on'ubines Abraham

)a*e )ifts, whi(e he was sti(( (i*in), and he sent them awa- from his son Isaa', eastwards

in the order of their birth: ebaioth, the firstborn of Ishmae(6 and Kedar, Adbee(,

said, <I am about to die6 of what use is a birthri)ht to me=> 33 Ja'ob said, <Swear to me

first.> So he swore to him, and so(d his birthri)ht to Ja'ob. 3# !hen Ja'ob )a*e $sau

 bread and (enti( stew, and he ate and drank, and rose and went his wa-. !hus $sau
